Security Advisory: Immediate cPanel Update Recommended for VPS & Dedicated Servers

Dear Customers,

A critical security vulnerability affecting cPanel & WHM login authentication has recently been identified by the vendor. This issue impacts all currently supported versions of cPanel and may expose servers to unauthorized access if left unpatched.

The good news is that cPanel has released the official security patch for supported versions, and our team has proactively been applying this update across our VPS and Dedicated Server fleet. For the majority of customers, the patch has already been applied or is being rolled out automatically.

**Action Required: **

In most cases, no action is required. However, customers who continue to see an update prompt in WHM/cPanel are advised to proceed with the standard update process to ensure their server is running the latest patched version.

Important Notes

• No known service impact has been reported at this time.
• Servers with auto-updates enabled may already have received the patch automatically.
• Customers running older / unsupported cPanel versions are strongly advised to upgrade to a supported build immediately, as the vulnerability may also affect those versions.
