On 29 January at 09:38 SGT, we received reports of service degradation on a VPS compute node, which impacted some virtual machines.
Our teams investigated and identified that the node was experiencing high resource load, leading to temporary performance impact. The load later returned to normal levels, and services stabilized without requiring manual intervention.
At this time, the system is operating normally. The team will continue to monitor the node closely while further investigation is ongoing.

We are currently experiencing High Load issue affecting our VPS and Dedicated Server. The issue has been identified on multiple VPS and Dedicated Server.
