Change in Outbound Email Architecture for Shared Linux Hosting Servers

Posted on 19th April, 2025

As part of improving our services, we are making a change in outbound email architecture, to provide seamless, reliable email experience and to maintain the reputation of server IPs clean.

What is the change?

All outgoing emails from shared Linux servers are now routed via a central outbound gateway.

This ensures that the server's IP reputation remains clean, and outbound email delivery will not be impacted. Additionally, any email abuse activity on shared servers can be prohibited.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Dedicated IPs will no longer be supported for sending out emails. Outbound emails will be sent out to gateway only via the server primary IP.

What you need to do:

Kindly check your domain’s SPF record, our recommended SPF record is: "v=spf1 +a +mx include:all._spf.ds.network ~all".

If your domains' SPF record does not contain "include:all._spf.ds.network" and it includes only dedicated IPs then; kindly remove the dedicated IP/IPs and add "include:all._spf.ds.network".

Feel free to get in touch with the support team if you have any queries.
